NEW ROOMIE SEARCH FOR A DELICIOUS ROOM IN THE HEART OF AALBORG!
Hi upcoming Roomie. As our roomie unfortunately has chosen to look for new housing opportunities, my girlfriend (Jesper) and I are looking for a new roomie for moving in as soon as possible. It is a condominium for sharing, where the total gross occupancy area is 132m², incl. hall, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, hallway and 2 rooms (one of which is shared by us). Your room of approx. 10m² has a fitted wardrobe and a view of the castle park. The apartment is very centrally located on Nytorv, just opposite Salling and Føtex, on the 2nd floor. There are quite a few minutes walk to the train / bus, shopping / shopping and the harbor. Everything we own in the common rooms, eg. TV (Viaplay and Netflix), game consoles, piano, Sonos speakers, kitchen netting etc. are available for free. The apartment also includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for free use, as well as a Verizure security system. There is no associated loft / basement room. Our roomie takes some of the furniture with them, so if you own any furniture, then we will probably find room for them. About us: We are a couple of 25 and 29 and have been together for 4 years. I'm reading to Social and Health Assistant. In addition, I do a lot of singing and theater in my spare time and am very outgoing. Jesper soon starts a new education and is happy to draw. We are both happy with books, music, food, movies, musicals, games (both console and board games), coziness and are both sociable and social. We are looking for a roomie like: - Is social, but at the same time respects a closed door. - Can even swing a vacuum cleaner and would like to participate in common cleaning. - Don't be afraid to say if something about the apartment is pressing. We would like to create a home that is good for everyone who lives here, so we are very open to ideas and opinions, so we also build a common set of rules (and food system) from scratch when you move in.
