Furnished Room (rented like to commute) - non smoking accommodation.
The room in Copenhagen Ø close to Fælledparken and Vibenshus Runddel rented out (like the commute) Rent 3400 kr. + 700 for consumption (total 4100 kr.). Consumption covers water, heat, electricity and internet. Quiet and responsible commute sought to room of 16.6 square meters. The room is furnished. There is laundry on the opposite side of the street. I have perfume intolerance, and it is therefore very important to not use perfume. I ask of course neutral hand soaps and detergent available - possibly also neutral shampoo if desired :) I expect to be cleared up nicely in the kitchen / bath. Overall expected that leaves the kitchen / bath as you found it - neat and tidy. It is not allowed to throw a party. About myself I can say that I am a 30 year old woman, who is running with my master, and I also have my own business / sustainable concept, I work from home. I am very quiet and calm / I is not noisy, and the room is therefore very suitable for a person looking for a place where there is peace :) The price is fixed for a living in the apartment firm. But if a commuter looking for 1-2 day accommodation weekly, so the price will obviously be less. I put d. April 1 as date of occupation, but is quite flexible in relation to an earlier date of occupation, since I live alone, and opposite I'm waiting like waiting for the right tenant, if need be after April 1 :) Should be interested, do not hesitate to write a little about yourself to me :)
