Furnished room for rent
Since I'm out as a guide for half a year, I therefore rent my room during this period. The room is about 16 m2 in a 3 bedroom apartment, shared with one other. The apartment is located on Læssøegade, Odense M., and is therefore very well compared to both the city and the university. The room is furnished with large furniture (bed, cupboard, bookcase etc), but there is room for your own little things and clothes. The rent is 3,500, - kr pr. month and covers water, heating, electricity, internet, tv, as well as laundry. The person you want to share the apartment with is a 22-year-old girl who is training as a student in Net. We are looking for a tenant we both enjoy and trust, so there will be ongoing conversations for those interested and the opportunity to see the apartment. We do not care about gender, age and employment as long as you have a fixed income and can provide a guarantee for payment of the rent. Deposit is 1 month's rent and 1 month's prepaid rent. The rent is 3,500, - DKK per month and covers water, heat, electricity, internet, TV and washing. The person you will share the appartment with, is a 22 year old girl who is currently working in Net. We are looking for a tenant who we both feel good about and trust, therefor there will be some interviews and possibility to see the appartment. We do not care about gender, age and occupation, as long as you have a steady income and can reassure us that you can pay the rent. Deposit is 1 month of rent and 1 month pre paid rent.
