It is relatively quiet, but we are in the center of Copenhagen, so there is not always quiet. I even sleep out to Istedgade without any problems. No smoking in the kitchen - not in the room. Common areas: The apartment contains a large kitchen with dining area, as well as hallway, toilet and bath. The property: Beautiful property that has been renovated in the year 2019. It is condominiums, with a total of 30 apartments, and there is good unity in the association. At the top of the building there is a large communal roof terrace with associated common room. The area: The apartment is very centrally located in Istedgade on Vesterbro. It takes approx. 5 minutes to walk to the main train station, and 10 minutes to the town hall square. The area offers a wealth of restaurants, cafes and shopping within minutes. Price: The price includes electricity, heating, water, fast wifi and Netflix. In the apartment there is also a dishwasher and washer / dryer that can be used freely. About me: I am a 42 year old man who is self employed. When I'm in Denmark, I work from my office in the apartment. I expect some travel activity in 2020, and in that regard I rent out one room. About you: The room is rented to only one person. You must very much like to be a quiet and calm person just like myself. Furthermore, you are responsible and take good care of things.
