Furnished room Østerbro
I sublet my room in the period March 1 to July 23 while I'm traveling. The plan is then to read again but if for some reason does not become such, the rental period could be extended for up to 2 years. We are looking for someone who is 25+, have full-time work or study, and is willing to engage in cleaning rota where you clean all common areas once every three weeks. Likewise, it is expected that the common areas are cleaned up / cleaned after use, so there is room for everyone, and then you can stand to be there. The rent is inclusive all consumption: water, heating, electricity, laundry room, internet and shared Netflix account (we do not have TV package). In the room stands a double bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a mirror, a small cabinet, a bookcase and a clothes rail. The apartment is renovated last year with a dishwasher in the kitchen and separate shower area of the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and various kitchen appliances. Besides the bathroom you share the kitchen, living room and enclosed balcony with my two lovely roomies Signe and Gaby (that is those who come to answer inquiries).
