Furnished room in vanless to sweet girl for half a year
I need a new roomie soon! English below Hi coming roomie I am a quiet and calm girl from Djursland, 22 years old, who reads veterinary medicine in 3 years. I rent a lovely 3 bedroom apartment on Guldagervej in Vanløse and I would like to rent one room from 01 / 07-31 / 12 (2017) while my current roomie is on exchange. Her furniture + tv will be to use. The room is 12 square meters and has a large south-facing window overlooking a green residential neighborhood. We will share a relatively large entrance hall, a large bathroom with a washing machine and separate shower, and a nice kitchen with seating. You have 2 cupboards in the kitchen, one in the bathroom and a shelf in fridge + freezer. There is also access to bicycle shed, a small green area with barbecue for which the residents of the block can use and parking. The green area (grass, hedge) is handled by the residents of the block, and I expect you to participate in working days and routine mowing (you will probably hit the grass 2 times in a year). I think, for example, that an exchange student could enjoy my room for half a year :-) I prefer a sweet young girl like myself. Do not smoke or have fur / dust allergy, as I have a big golden retriever. It's definitely a plus if you love animals and maybe help me take care of him once in a while. I think I'm doing very clean (I take the bulk of vacuuming because of dog hair), but he traps (very much) - so if you're bothered by dog hair / sand, I'm not a good roomie. I am very at home, go to bed early and get up early. In between I hear loud music and have a guest or two visiting. I want my apartment to be kept tidy and clean, but I do not care for the cleanliness-pernit types - I can think of leaving my dishes for a couple of days, and you must do that without bothering anyone (we find A system). We will also share the cleaning. I do not have a big need for social activities :-) The price for the room will be DKK 3876 per person. Month incl. Water, heating, electricity, use of the washing machine (which is in the bathroom - though not?), Tv and internet. Deposit will be 3000 kr. Please note. I have a golden retriever, and he lives here too. I can be rather messy, and I do not want to live with a neat freak. I would prefer you to be a girl - maybe on exchange - and I need you to love dogs, as my is here and I often have four legged visitors. I would much appreciate a helping hand with him once in a while (short walk or keeping him company if I'm put too long).
