Furnished room in quiet area
The room is part of a three-room apartment. The room is fully furnished with single bed, shelves, closet, desk and chair. Kitchen and bath we have to share. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The bathroom is narrow but long so there is a separate shower and whatever else is needed in a bathroom. So all you have to do is move your clothes and the things you need :) easy and simple. I am looking for a female tenant who understands that I am a homemaker and needs that there is not too much noise around me. I expect you to clean up after yourself and respect my wishes for cleaning. What you do in your room I do not interfere with but the common areas I would like nice and clean :) In general, there is a lot of tranquility in the area and the neighbors have a mutual respect for each other's privacy and noise level. The apartment is about 15 min walk to Roskilde station where buses also run regularly. The highway is just around the corner and it is therefore easy to commute from here. There is also parking on the doorstep. There is a Facts about 5 mins walk from the apartment as well as a 24 hour kiosk, a bakery, a pizza place and much more about 10 mins walk from the apartment. Smoking is only allowed outside. A / C consumption amounts to 750 kroner per day. month and involve electricity, water, heat and internet.
