Furnished room in quiet area
The room is part of a three bedroom apartment with a large light balcony. It is fully furnished with single bed, shelves, cupboard, desk and chair. We need to share the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is narrow but far so there is a separate shower and what else is needed in a bathroom. So the only thing you need is to move your clothes and the things you need :) easily and simply. I am looking for a rental that agrees that I am a homemaker and that there is not too much noise around me. In general, there is much peace in the area and the neighbors have a mutual respect for each other's privacy and noise level. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the Roskilde station, where buses also run regularly. The motorway is just around the corner and it is therefore easy to commute from here. There is also free parking outside the door. There is a Fakta about 5 min walk from the apartment as well as a 24-hour kiosk, a bakery, a pizzeria and much more about 10 min walk from the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and pets are welcome. The room is initially rented out from February through May with potential for extension. A / C consumption amounts to 750 kr. month and involves electricity, water, heating and internet.
