Lease up to and including January 2020, with possible possibility of extension. Aalborg East, 13 minute bike ride to AAU campus east. The apartment is 98m2, where your room is about 30m2, with adjoining terrace, garden, parking, bicycle shed and laundry room. Rent includes water, heating and internet. Rented out due to my sister and her roomie going on training internship abroad from August and the next half to full year forward. One room is sublet to me (no picture), so the other room lacks a tenant (see attached pictures). I have been searching for a nurse for August in eg. Aalborg, and would like to settle in Aalborg. I am a positive, welcoming and social person. I enjoy drinking a good cup of coffee, playing board games, watching netflix or being in nature. That is why it will be a plus if you want to do something about this again and again. I also respect a closed door, as I myself may need time alone.
