Furnished 1st floor can be rented out to 2 students in housing need
Hey. We have a 1st floor of about 60 m2 which we do not use - there are 2 rooms, living room and bathroom + 2 large terraces. The family consists of father and daughter of 10 - and an ex-wife who comes regularly. We would like to rent out to 2 quiet students until you have found the dorm room or the like. like. We live 10-15 min. walk from the coastal track (runs around the clock - about 25 min driving time) and there are also buses to the kbh. We expect you / you treat our home as your own - and take care of it :) We have had students / DIS students living in the past, so we have some experience in sharing the house. If you want to play a game of Ludo (or similar) with Felicia every now and then it will be appreciated - Felicia misses her big sister who has flown from the nest.
