Porcelænshaven and Graduate House are only 1 km away and Kilen and Solbjerg Square approx. 2 km. Bike to Panum every day, and it's not too far away if that's the way to go. You can take the green trail, so start the day with a nice bike ride. There is good public transport links with Peter Bangs Road Station (S-train) and buses within 500 m and Lindevang St (metro) within 1 km. The property has a large and small wash basin, which is free to use. Internet, electricity, water and heating are included in the rent. It's not freshly painted (but still nice) by moving, so I do not expect it to be done by relocation.
