Hello, my name is Mie, 31 years old and is the lucky owner of a lovely and bright 86 sqm apartment in Frederiksberg C. The apartment is a typical Frederiksberg apartment with a piece and high ceilings. The apartment includes 3 rooms and a dining kitchen as well as a large bathroom. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment. There will be 1-2 balconies belonging to the apartment soon, of which the largest will have exit from your room. Electricity, water, heating, license, netflix, projector etc. are included in the rent. In addition, the third room - ie the living room - will be shared use. I personally are not particularly neurotic in my relationship to a little mess or the like - but I would like to keep it clean and fairly tidy in my / our home. It is allowed to keep a cat in the property. I actually study psychology at the university - but have sick leave due to some illness.
