Hi with you, My name is Mie, I am 34 years old and am the lucky owner of a nice and bright 86 sqm apartment on Frederiksberg C, where I am considering renting out one room. The apartment is a typical Frederiksberg apartment with stucco and high ceilings. The apartment contains 3 rooms and a dining kitchen as well as a large bathroom. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are installed in the apartment. Electricity, water, heat, license etc. is included in the rent. In addition, the third room - the living room - will be in common use. I personally am not particularly neurotic in my relationship with a little mess or the like - but I like to keep it clean and somewhat tidy in my / our home. Cat is allowed in the property.
