Mini-collective looking for male resident !!!
Mini-collective seeks new male resident! We, Emma (22), Magnus (20) and Ditte (21), are seeking a 4th man for our small collective at Rosenkrantzgade in Aarhus C. We live in a lovely 5th bedroom apartment of 155 sqm, where there are four rooms , a common living room, kitchen and bath and also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The room we rent out is approx. 18 sqm and rented from around 1 May-1. June. What we want in potential sublime: You are a young man of about 20-26 years. You are responsible, non-smoker, considerate, open and want to be part of everyday life with us. We want you to become part of our community, where we often cook together, enjoy the couch, play games or go out together. Of course, there will be the mandatory cleaning, but the practical things we find out together. Rent room approx. 18 sqm: DKK 4405.5 incl. water, heating, electricity and internet per. month. (We settle electricity approximately per quarter, where one can expect to get something back) Deposit: DKK 11,402 + 1 month's prepaid rent. As it looks now, we each get approx. SEK 250 housing support per. month - if you are a student, we expect this to remain the same. Just briefly about us: My name is Ditte and I am 21 years old and have just started my nursing study. I have had 2.5 sabbatical years, where I have worked as a servant and had the compulsory sabbatical trips. I come from South Funen and met Emma at Engelsholm Højskole, where we both went on the photo line and ended up being roomy. I like to eat ice cream and drink beer, someone might think I'm too much in town, but I think it's great. hehe. My name is Emma, I am 22 years old, and everyday I study photojournalism at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. Before I started studying, I had two sabbatical years that were used to backpack, work and college. I love to clean and I have used my nightwear so much that it is filled with holes. In addition, I have just been driven down and therefore amused with headache at the moment. Once again, you can find me around the various bars in town. I'm so Magnus. I am 20 years old and today I am a team leader for Unicef, so finally smile at me on the street. I love Kanye West and Sundays with coffee, Weekendavisen or a good book. I am in the process of planting a forest on Amager and like to be out in nature. In addition, I am not pale to drink beer every day of the week.
