My apartment and I need a roomie :)

Hello home seekers! I am missing a roomie for my lovely apartment on Østerbro, preferably with a move on October 1st or soon after. I would like you to be a man between the ages of 23 and 28 and in education or in permanent employment. I am 21 years old and I am reading natural resources at the University of Copenhagen and now I need a roomie to share my daily life and drink my morning coffee with :) I would like my future roomie to want to live and join a community with me and not just rent a room. Among other things, I think about common food budget / scheme, shared responsibility for cleaning etc. and lots of HYGGE :)))) Besides that, I hope we can drink a glass of wine, watch a movie or jump on the local bodega again and again :) Of course, it's okay to have friends, family, acquaintances and you name it visits at all times of the day! The apartment is 93 sqm2 and contains a large living room with open kitchen and two rooms of approx. 10 sqm2 each of which you have to live on one. The room is unfurnished and we will share the rest of the apartment. There are large built-in wardrobes in the hallway where you can store clothes, shoes, etc. - so you save some square meters in the room for closet space. In addition, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and a basement attached to the apartment, where you can also store bigger things. There are seven different supermarkets just around the corner and good transport options. The rent is 4400 DKK incl. electricity, heating, water, internet, tv basic package (+ two streaming services), license and home insurance. Deposit is DKK 10,000. However, the inconvenience is that the apartment will be vacated by 1 December 2018 due to a fixed term lease agreement! If you're like-minded, I'd love to hear from you! Write a little about yourself and how you think you can contribute to our community. Afterwards we can meet, you can see the apartment and we can vent our expectations to each other - for me it is most important that we get along with each other :)
