Our Earn while you learn program allows you to further develop your skills and get work experience that can give you a valuable head start in your future career. As part of Earn while you learn you work about 15 hours a week at Microsoft while you fit your studies.

Every year recruits Microsoft Denmark talented and passionate people to our trainee program: MACH (Microsoft Academy for University Hires). It is an intensive 12 to 24-month program, which allows recent graduates and graduate students a unique opportunity to retrain and prepare for an exciting career in sales, marketing or engineering.
During the program we provide you with the theoretical and practical skills that you need to supplement your academic achievements. We also ensure that you have the necessary business acumen to make a real difference at the highest level. When you have completed MACH, you will be prepared to express yourself convincingly, you will be in possession of the necessary tools to take on any challenge, and you will be able to provide solutions that are important for human life Worldwide.

IAESTE
Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen is working closely with the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE). We offer one-year contracts, which allows you to realize your dream of a fast-paced career in software development.

You do not need to speak Danish, and IAESTE Denmark helps you with both your application and accommodations.
