Screenwriter The program enables you to work as a professional screenwriter on films, short films, TV series and the like. You write the film's story from himself and / or others' ideas and must have the ability to transform experience and observation to the story elements.

As a student, you will develop a sense of narrative structure and dynamics of building a knowledge of genre, stylistic expressions, characters and dramatic tricks. You will learn to master text types pitch, synopsis, treatment and script, so you can use them as tools for your imagination.

To develop your artistic sense of filmmaking, you will gain insight into all aspects of the filmmaking process through education and cooperation with the other study programs at the school, and some evaluations also will be conducted jointly with students from other educational lines.

You get a particularly close collaboration with the director, who has to be able to put themselves completely into how you as a screenwriter thinking, thus getting it expressed through the film.

The aim of the training that you will create your own fortællerkunstart, so you get put a personal touch on the scripts you write. It's not the same to write screenplays, like writing books, but there is in a sense some similarities.

You must have so much imagination you can create stories out of nothing, and be sensitive enough to describe the feelings that arise in different situations. Often it is the emotions that makes a film worth seeing. Especially if they follow a common thread.

The program is an attempt expanded from two to four years, so you can get even more learning than previously.
