I am looking for a tenant for renting room in Stjernepladsen, Langelandsgade during the period 1 August 2017-1 August 2018. The room is 12.5 m2 and faces the farm. You must be non-smokers and students. The rent is NOK 3210 / month including consumption (water, heating, internet and laundry in the basement). Upon deduction, a deposit of one month's rent is payable. Expect tea / coffee making in the kitchen and room for a closed door. We are divided on cleanup and cleaning of the common area. The apartment is 57 square meters and in addition to your room the apartment consists of my room, kitchen and bathroom. You will live with me! I am 21 years old and studying mathematics economics.
