The room for rent is 15 m2. In the property there is a shower cabinet, newly fitted kitchen from HTH, there is WiFi, in the basement there is a washing machine (10, - per wash). The property is right next to a 24-hour open (24 hours open), a Spar grocery store, located next to the pizzaria and McD within 5 min. go-time. Bus stops right outside the front door. And Roskilde Station is 10 minutes on foot. There may be a possibility of storing in the basement if this should be a wish, depending on how much space is needed. Bike cellar and free parking. A little about me: I'm a male 30-year-old, undergoing education for a teacher, and looking for a roommate for my one room in Roskilde.
