Some quick facts: - The room is 13 m2 and in addition there is a shared kitchen, nice and new bathroom, a utility room and a lovely garden for summer evenings and barbecue - The rent is 3.550 kr. , laundry and ski storage) - You get 4 lovely roommates who either study or work, but everyone is in the early 20s. - The house is 6 minutes by bike from the University Park, close to shopping opportunities with Storcenter Nord 800 meters from here and with 10 minutes (3 km) by bike to the center of Aarhus. To maintain the balance in the community we look for a man. Whether you are a student, have a sabbatical or are in work, we do not care, but you may very much like to be in the beginning or mid-20s.
