Bright room of 15 m2 available
Hi there! As my dear roomie needs to move on, I now have a room available with the option of moving in between December 1st and January 1st. The room of about 15 m2 is part of my apartment which is located on Nordborggade in Aarhus C, super close to various shopping and on the town. The room is bright, has a built-in closet with plenty of space and looks out onto the courtyard. We share the kitchen - with a large balcony by extension - and shower. There is both a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The rent is DKK 4655 and in addition to that electricity is paid every month and the internet is paid quarterly - All this helps the housing subsidy of about 1000 DKK for splendid sharing and the rent thus ends at about 4400 all inclusive! Three times rent is paid as security deposit. I am looking for a student who wants to drink a cup of coffee and cook together once in a while. I know that student life can be hectic, but I hope we can enjoy ourselves when there is time and need for a coffee break. I myself am 26 and from Aarhus and started with my Master of Literature History at Aarhus University.
