As I move from my room on Strandlodsvej 21, I will find a new tenant who can live with my two sweet roomies. The rental period is unlimited and the room is unfurnished (not as in the pictures). Relocation preferably between d. 1/12/18 and d. 1/1 2019, or by appointment. (is quite flexible) the room at approx. 16 sqm is brand new and nice, and in addition there is a large balcony shared with one of the other two residents. The apartment is also brand new, 115 sqm in total (4-room) and in addition to the room there is access to a large living room, a delicious kitchen, a nice bathroom and another balcony. The apartment has both dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for free use. There is also a lift. The price is incl. water and heat a conto, without electricity. You can get wifi etc, against a small monthly payment. Deposit is 3 months rent + 1 month's prepaid rent. My roomies are Daniel and Nika and are both 25 years old. Daniel works as a photographer and cuts an advertising agency and Nika has part-time jobs and is jobseekers. Both are creative, inspiring people who enjoy socializing and socializing, but there is always room for you to go and be alone in your room. We have rules regarding cleaning and cleanup, where everyone has their own responsibility so that we can keep the apartment clean and tidy. The apartment is on the 4th floor tv., Close to Lergravsparken st. and Øresund St., and from here it is easy and quick to take the metro into the city center.
