Bright room just a stone's throw from Åboulevarden
Centrally located mansion in Christiansgade - just a stone's throw from Åboulevarden. The residence is only a few minutes walk to ARoS, the cultural life at the music house, Strøget, Magasin and the cozy café environment by the Åen. There is access to a large dining kitchen from 2007 with everything in white goods. From here access to a utility room / utility room with washing facilities (washing machine / tumble dryer), closets, and freezer etc. Furthermore, a nice and bright bathroom with separate shower enclosure and window. Helena and Josefine are siblings, and Helena and Esben are lovers and live in one room together. Esben is studying law in the second semester, Helena is holding sabbatical years and works and Josefine goes on 2nd semester and studies design culture. The room is 11 m2 and can be seen on the floor plan where it is marked with black. The room is unfurnished however, on the rear wall there is a large white wardrobe and also a white shelf. The room costs 4200 kr including consumption of 450 kr. In addition, every quarter an electricity bill must be paid which we split between us four. The deposit is 3 months rent 12,600.
