Because someone has left, we are again looking for a roommate in our sweet little collective on Frederiksbjerg from January 1st. new room is 15m2 with high ceilings, large window and lots of light. You will be staying with Bella and Olivia. Bella is 23 years old, from California and loves to peel. Olivia is 24 years old, from Aalborg and is a shark on a sewing machine (hehe).? We both study at the Jutland Academy of Art :) We share kitchen, bathroom and good times. About you: You're just cute :)? Practical: We live in Frederiksbjerg with a great number of bus departures to the city center, and a short 10 minute bike ride from there. In addition, we live right next to Facts, Menu and a cute little kiosk. The rent is DKK 4134 per month before housing support, which (if you are a student) is 336 per person, the internet is DKK 83 and in addition we pay electricity (so there are approximately fixed expenses for 4200 per month). ? The deposit is 9975 DKK and in addition there are 3 months prepaid rent, which must be paid during the first three months you live in the apartment (so you do not have to pay the total if you do not have the opportunity, but can start well with the deposit and the first rent. We will be sharing kitchen, bathroom and good times :) About: You are nice :) The apartment is located at Frederiksbjerg with access to all of the good buses, and a 10 minute bike ride to the center of the city. We live right next to a Facts, Menu and a cute little kiosk. The rent is 4134 per month without housing support (336 per person if you are a student), internet costs 23 kr, and besides that we pay for electricity. So all in all we pay around 4200 per month in total. The deposit is 9975 kr and you also have to pay 3 months rent in advance (which is paying for the last 3 months you are staying here - kind of like pre-paid rent, which is nice).
