Bright room in new building in Valby
Hi! Pr. 01.01.2018 I rent two uninhabited rooms in my apartment in Valby. The rental period is up to 1-2 years with a trial period of 3 months. It is a four-room apartment of 101 m2 in the new building Kløverbladsparken in Valby's old industrial district. With 3 bedrooms, bath, nice balcony and large common room with living room, dining room and kitchen in one. The two rooms are respectively. 13 and 10 m2. The apartment is brand new with nice kitchen and bathroom - incl. dishwasher, washing machine and anything else the heart could ask :) The apartment is 5 minutes on foot from Ny Ellebjerg St. In addition, buses go directly to the inner city and Valby Langgade, Valbypark and Inner City are also a short bike ride away! Price per month (including water, heating and internet): - 10 m2: 5200 kr. - 13 m2: 5500 kr. In addition, a 3 month deposit is payable. Some practical information: - It is possible to register address - The date of entry is reasonably flexible. If you want to move in before 1/1, you can do it as the rooms are empty right now. Requirements for you? - I would like you to be a student so that you can apply for housing support - so the rent will also be a tooth cheaper :) - That you want to be together socially when there is time for it! - That you take care of the apartment and help keep it pretty clean And so quite briefly about me: I am studying Political Science on the 1st semester at the University of Copenhagen, where I also spend a lot of my time on both uniting and associations. In addition, I go to many concerts, make a lot of food, love festivals (well from Roskilde) and then I'm in love with Berlin, where I have lived for a year.
