Bright room in the heart of Nørrebro
I rent a room in my apartment on Nørrebro with flexible occupancy date for the right tenant between July 1st to August 15th. The room is 10m2, bright and unpaved. The rent is SEK 3600 which includes electricity, water, heating, internet and there is a 3 month deposit and 1 month prepaid rent. Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed. We share the toilet and kitchen where there is a folding table to eat at, as well as access to free use of the washing machine. You can of course also cpr. registered at the address and the tenant will be approved to my housing association. As a starting point, I make my kitchen supplies available and various other things like vacuum cleaner etc. We share about cleaning and expenses for everyday items and what we now find. I am looking for a friendly partner who is looking for a cozy home with peace, warmth and laughter. It understands what it means to share an apartment and also prefers a nice, friendly relationship with the person you live with. It also feels nice to have one when you come home if you want to talk or do something, but can also respect a closed door.
