Hello, I'm looking for a roomie for a 3 bedroom apartment in Odense after my current roomie has moved back to Aarhus. The apartment was brand new when I moved back in August. It is located very well located in relation to the university, which is approx. 5 minutes by bike. Besides you will have your own room of 9 sqm, there is access to shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. The apartment is 79 sqm and is equipped with inter alia washing machine, dishwasher etc. Rent will be DKK 3300 after housing support. Included in the price are water, heating and internet (aconto). I am looking for a responsible and non-smoking room in the early 20's, which may seem to clean up after themselves. You will live with me, Morten, who is 21 years of economics student at SDU.
