My name is Hans, I am 19 years old and I live in a 2-room apartment. I rent out one room of 14 sqm - or it's my mother's apartment, so it's actually her who rents it :-) There is a shared kitchen and bath. In the kitchen there is a small, cozy dining area. There is free access to the garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The rent includes wi-fi, small TV package, license, gas and water. Electricity and heat are on account, approx. SEK 500 / month I am calm and nice to socialize, so I hope that my upcoming roomie is too. ;-)
