Bright and spacious room in quiet neighborhood
I have just moved into this 2 bedroom apartment and I rent one room. It is bright (without dazzling, direct sunshine) and with two windows as well as a French balcony. The kitchen is new and equipped with all the appliances for cooking and daily use. You do not need to bring anything. There is also a basement attached to the apartment where there is plenty of space if you need to store anything. As you can see the pictures, the room is unfurnished. However, before renting, I will hang the curtains up. I can either leave the mattress if you want to use it, but otherwise I will remove it from course. :-) The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Skovlunde station and the same goes for shopping. The neighborhood is in the quiet end of the outskirts of Greater Copenhagen. Green areas are plenty, but at the same time it is also easy to get to the center. As a person, I am very easy to get around and have over the years been accustomed to renting accommodation and living with other landlords. I am currently on my last semester at my English and Danish student at Roskilde University, while working on some freelance writing. I have more interests than it makes sense to list here, but the most important thing for me is not to share interests, but we can talk and interact with each other in everyday life. I am self-accommodating and positive in nature - you may also want to be. However, I also think that we can have each of us and that it naturally falls naturally to have two different day-to-day activities under one roof. The room is rented out because my boyfriend pt. lives abroad and first arrives in Denmark in the beginning of 2019. Therefore, the room will be rented until 31 December 2018. If you want to go back before then, it's fine as long as you give me a month's notice. The rent is inclusive of consumption, internet and laundry in shared laundry. You should be welcome to decorate the room as needed, but please avoid holes in the walls. :-)
