Nice and nice room for rent at Sydhavnen
Hi! My companion and I are looking for a roommate to one of the rooms in our 4 bedroom apartment in Frederikskaj on the South Harbor. Relocation is June 1, 2018. We are looking for someone - any student - who is social and will contribute to the community, but respects a closed door - that will help keep the apartment nice and clean. The apartment is 95 sqm and completely newly built, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, there is a balcony of 7 sqm, where you can enjoy a cold beer every now and then. We share bathrooms and kitchen. There is 100 m down to the water, by bridge, kayak club and boat areas, outdoor areas, 5 minutes to the metro, 4 km to the main railway station and 5 km to CBS and ITU. Rent + consumption: 6000 kr. A little about me: I am 19 years old and became a student in the summer 17 from Rybner's STX in Esbjerg. In my spare time, I like playing music and windsurfing when the wind blows. In addition, I have an interest in software development and technology, and since 2013 I worked with Alexander in our web agency. A little about Alexander: I am 19 years old and became student summer 17 from Learnmark HTX in Horsesn. In my spare time I go to social life next to work and am almost always ready for a beer, but I also spend some time training on both fitness and running. I have a lot of interest in cars, IT, management and outdoor activities / travel. I am aiming to start on international business at CBS next summer.
