I rent a 13 sqm room in my apartment on Nørrebro, just off Nørrebro st. The apartment is under renovation right now, where the walls of the room still have to be plastered, painted, new doors and frames, as well as the treatment of the floor. You will share a brand new Designa kitchen with me, and toilet / bath (which is the only thing that is not being done anymore at this time). The apartment is a total of 51 sqm. The rent is DKK 5200 incl. EVERYTHING, BUT excl. housing subsidy, so I expect / hope that your rent will come down to something like DKK 4800 a month. Upon moving in, a deposit of DKK 10,000 must be paid. The contract will initially start at half a year's rent, with the possibility of renewal. About me: I am 25 years old and studying for a construction engineer at KEA. When I don't go to school, I work a lot and hang out with friends and girlfriends. Have a subscription to Fitness World, but forget to use it. I love beer and a good series, as well as spending way too much money on food and things I don't need. A little about you: I would like to see you as a fairly female student. It is a plus if you would like to drink a beer with me in time and reverse the world situation. At the same time, of course, there must be room to be able to close the door and be yourself.
