When my boyfriend travels 4 months to Australia, we rent a room (sofa and dining table / chairs removed. I have another alternative to dining table and chairs if desired). There is smart TV but without channels from Sep 1. You can still use Netflix and Chrome, etc. The apartment is beautifully refurbished, light and spacious. The room is partly furnished and decorated, you just have to bring your own bed and possibly. dresser for clothes, or dining table if you have or want your own. The rent is inclusive: - electricity, water, heating - internet - dishwasher - washing machines and tumble dryers (in basement with drying room) - home insurance - bicycle storage The apartment's total area is 75 m2 and you get access to 50 m2. The apartment is located with good distance to green areas, center and university. About me: I study daily for architect and urban designer at Aalborg University on a Master's degree program, where I will spend most of my time.
