As my companion moves with his girlfriend, I am looking for a new roomie for my apartment. 01/06/2020. The apartment is located on Østerbro right by Bopa Plads in a nice area. The apartment is 109 m2 on two floors and your upcoming room + extra room is approximately 15 m2. A little about the apartment and the location: The apartment is located on Viborggade in Copenhagen Ø. There are 400 meters to Nordhavn station (metro and S-train), 500 meters to the Common Park and a walk down to Nordhavn for bathing in the summer takes 10 minutes. The road and the area are quiet and there are plenty of good cafes, bakeries, eateries and bars in the area. In the summer, Bopa Plads is a small oasis with cafes during the day and cocktails in the evening. I live on the 4th and 5th floors in a beautiful rise with many young people and families. On the 4th floor is a common living room, bright kitchen, bathroom and toilet and on the 5th floor are four rooms, two of which will be yours. Your bedroom is facing the street (the room that is pictured. The furniture in the room is now being moved before you move in). The rent is DKK 6300 / month without electricity and gas but with heat and water. Internet is included. Upon moving in, a month's pre-paid rent as well as a deposit equal to one month's rent are also paid. The rent may seem expensive, but here you get half of a nice 109m2 large apartment and not just one small room for the money. So there is good price! A little about me: I've lived in the apartment for 2.5 years and work daily as head of finance for an investment fund. I have a busy working day with work, friends and exercise, so the apartment is both a place where there is room to have friends and family over, but also a place where there should be space to relax. I am a huge yes-hat and will often be ready to come up with something to do together. A little about you: You should be happy, smiling and ready to hang out! I am clearly looking for a roomie who is socially minded and ready to take responsibility in our shared apartment.
