Bright apartment m altan in the middle between KBH and Roskilde
Roomie is looking for a large part-apartment just north of Taastrup (near Taastrup station) - It is a bright and newly renovated apartment in a residential complex for families. Very much like a student who has been "too old to stay at college" and wants more space, privacy, and a quiet area. (My current roomie reads on RU which is easy to get to from here). Rent 3850, - excluding consumption, shared 50/50 to encourage saving! It's about 500, - / month depending on price fluctuation and our deal ie + 250, - You must be M / K, smoker / non-smoker, just you are tidy, calm and easy to share kitchen and bath with ... I'm not so much for parties and many guests but holding a big Christmas dinner every year and there's always room for a friend or friend on the couch :) (Or your mother ...!) It's easy to get home from town, Also in the middle of the night ..;) and neither of us sleeps up the toilet !! Humor is appreciated as well as tolerance for heavy metal. We have a closet in the kitchen, the cabinet in the bathroom we share, a cabinet in the freezer and a shelf / + in the fridge for you. Or what else you would like - we make an appointment and adhere to it, is open to ideas. Has plenty of kitchenware - but my kitchen knives do not go in the dishwasher! * The room * is on 12 sqm and attached balcony with morning sun of about 4.5 sqm. There are bright white walls and the 4th wall is taped in dark with gold stripes (see pictures), in addition dark carpet. Two layers of curtains to darken in the summer ... In addition, it is possible to set up the office (7 sqm and evening sun) with study pad. The room is unfurnished - there is a fixed bookshelf in the office and a chest of drawers. We also have a basement room for those things that can not be done and a laundry room, for example your ski equipment, Roskilde gear, etc. The complex also has bicycle storage, parking, good and cheap laundry facilities, laundry machines, drying room and playground / shared area outside. * The apartment * is extremely light and delicious with newer kitchen and sparkling windows-patio doors, private as there are no other high-rise buildings outside the windows, and it is a complex for families. The living room is located between the rooms, so there is also privacy at night, the office on the other side of the hall for study during the day / evening (see picture). The doors on each our room are new and that means there is lock m key. In the bathroom you have a hook and the other doors creak! : D Everything is freshly painted, and each room has a little color not to drown in white! * The location * is good for everything the heart wants: s-train, groceries, small shops, training center, library and green areas, 5-10 min by bike. Line train, Ikea, City 2, regional train about 15 min by bike. Night bus / city bus stop can be seen from the balcony, S-train to KBH H takes about 20 minutes :) Night bus about 45 minutes, 1hr and 15min by bike for long bike rides, "super bike path 99" leads to this. 12 km from RU, easy connection by train / bus. Beach 8 km away, can be reached by bicycle if you are well ... Otherwise there is Albertslund Friluftsbad. I use most of the living room and bedroom, and since the other rooms are emptied for roomies, I would like only one roomie for both rooms. I'm introverted and like to have time for myself, but like watching a movie, cooking food or something together if we want it. When I feel outgoing, I go out into the world and hear some rock or metal ... Otherwise, the open / closed door concept, so you can indicate that you want some peace - and there's no door on the kitchen !! :) But do not ask me big questions before the morning coffee ... NB It is a prerequisite that the rules and regulations of the housing complex are respected at all times ..! This applies, for example, to waste management. Formalities: Mutual signed lease and receipt of deposit, 3 months termination for both parties (scrap). Damages / wear on the apartment are deducted from deposits. Consumption in the apartment will be done by contract signature / relocation. Registration with the CPR register and at KAB should preferably be coincidental, so there will be some paperwork, but in terms of finance / deposits we find a solution that is good for both of us. :)
