Lovely room in newly renovated apartment at Østerbro.
If I am moving out, you will have the opportunity to move into my 14m2 room at Østerbro. Note that the rent covers internet + utilities. You will get a lovely room facing the well kept yard of the complex with four sizeable built in closets that comes with the room. The room is part of a newly renovated 93m2 apartment with a balcony facing the Common Parks. The location of the apartment near Østerfæled Torv provides peace and quite while allowing you to reach both the metro, grocery stores and bars with only a short walk or bike ride. The apartment comes with a large living room and kitchen allowing you to socialize with your friends or your new roommates by either lounging in the couch area or some social cooking. You will share the apartment with two lovely girls; Anna and Chiara. Both are undertaking their PhDs at The Technical University of Denmark and are in their mid-late twenties. Anna is from Poland and Chiara is from Italy. Ideally you are a financially stable person who is either working or studying full time. You are well organized and hygenic and will contribute to keeping the shared space clean and orderly. While you are more than welcome to have either friends or family visit it would be preferable if you do not intend to host parties on a too frequent basis.
