*** [Danish / English - English further below] *** Looking for roommate to share 96m ^ 2 apartment. * Almost brand new (2017) * Located at Belvederekaj 2450 sydhavn * 2 separate rooms approximately 10-12 m ^ 2 (see picture). Very nice balcony off the living room / kitchen * View of the canals and possibility to kayak and swim in the summer. * 5 min to supermarket, fitness or 10 min by bike to the center * 5 min to public transport * washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge / freezer, internet etc etc all there * 6,000 DKK total per month -> About me: My name is Daniel is 29 years old and originally from Jutland. Working as a trader right now. Like going out to restaurant, in town or for concerts. Over a cup of coffee or a beer (or both). Like playing poker, or dice games with peers and colleagues. Maybe kayak or some golf here this summer. Trying to keep it pretty nice and minimalist at home, but if you have some personal / decorative items you like, it is also quite cool with me.
