The apartment is located in a newly developed area at Sluseholmen. The area is surrounded by small channels, where you can swim during summer. About the apartment (122 m2): (Ground floor): - Hall - Kitchen- dinning area - Bathroom - Spacious bright living room - Balcony (Just 3 M above waterfront) - Stairs (1st floor): - Bathroom - Stairs - 3 private rooms As a tenant you will get your own private room and access to the rest of the common areas which you will share with me and one other roomie. Im looking for tenants who want to socialize and contribute to bring in a nice homely atmosphere, but who also respect private time.
