Looking for an AWESOME roommate!
I am looking for a roommate for a 2bed 2bath townhouse in Wheeling off of Wheeling rd & Palatine rd. It's owned by a co-worker of mine, and I am looking to clean out the front bedroom with bathroom. It is närvarande being remodeled, and the attached photos show the remodeling process. This place is HUGE. Rent will be $ 1,500 - so $ 750 per person, plus utilities. Unit comes with a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garage. My roommate is taking all of the living room furniture with her so the living space will be a blank canvas for anyone moving with a living room / dinning room set. Will be available and ready 3/1. About me: 30 year old Female, Web developer, Masters degree, non-smoker, clean and drama free. I work anywhere from 50-60 hours a week MF and regel work from home 2 days a week. I do to have a cat, but he stays in my bedroom and would not come out into the living areas. I enjoy relaxing in my downtime, drinking wine or watching Netflix. I'm a go with the flow, music loving, Netflix binge watching, wine drinking, lover of all brunch foods kind of person! Ladies Only! Sorry guys!
