Looking for a roomie for a 120m2 shared apartment in Vanløse
I have a big room for rent in Vanløse in a shared apartment from April 1st for long term.It is situated close to Flintholm and Vanløse stations (metro, train, buses) and just a few meters away you have access to bus 12, 10,21,2A. It is in Zone 2. It is a 120 m2 apartment, and the room is around 30 m2 with a small storage available next to it. Note that the room will be almost unfurnished at the time of move in. There is a large American style living room and kitchen on the ground floor with dining table and couches (TV + Chromecast for Netflix lovers). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, filtered water, fridge). The bathroom is huge, and there is a washing machine (free of charge) and floor heating. It is on the 4th floor of the building, no noise disturbance from the neighbors and plenty of light. You would share the apartment with me (35) and a girl (22), both of us having our room on the ground floor. The rent is 5000 kr / month + 100 for the internet access (100Mbit). Electricity between 150-300kr The deposit is 13,700 kr 1 CPR address included.
