Looking for a new cool roommate for a shared apartment in Northwest
I SEE A NEW ROOMMATE FROM 1 APRIL (english below this text) My dear roommate from Holland has to move back to Holland after we have lived together in my new apartment in Northwest for a year. It's sad when we've worked so well together in mutual respect, honesty, openness and consideration for each other's needs - so I hope so to find a new hometown where we can feel as comfortable as each other. My roommate and I have shared the apartment on an equal footing, including the economy of it, and it will continue with the new roommate so the feeling is that it is our apartment even though I manage it. Info about the apartment: The apartment is approx. 500 meters to the northwest from Nørrebro station on Frederikssundsvej (including Nørrebro city center and Nørrebro street food / tipi bar). right next to the street and life on the 2nd floor. There is everything nearby, net and facts down the corner, greengrocer and pizzeria downstairs, 24 hour kiosk and bakers opposite. 5C goes right at the entrance, directly to the center in 15 minutes. There is a nice and well-kept courtyard attached to the building, small cellar room and laundry right down the yard - and by the way the cutest neighbors. The apartment itself is a 3 bedroom of 85 m2 with freshly laid floors, lovely big bathroom and newer kitchen. The rooms are unfortunately a bit small. Your room is 8m2, but my previous roomie has taken advantage of buying a bed that can easily be folded into a double bed and has drawers for storage. She may want to. please sell the bed to the new tenant for 1500 kr. (new price 2500, ikea, 1 year old but well kept) The room is of course painted until you move in and you bring your own furniture to the room (there is no closet unfortunately, but my roomie will also like to sell her chest of drawers for 200 kr if it is) But we share the entire apartment on an equal footing with the rest of the furniture in the apartment, and I'd like to keep it, but I will take you In all decisions around the home, and is open to changes as long as it fits into style. The rent is 4800 kr pr. person per month incl. electricity, water, heating, internet, big tv package, HBO and Netflix. Excl. laundry (12 kr per wash) The rental is on contract with 3 months notice and is unlimited. The person I'm looking for is a woman, over 25 years old. Everything you need is nearby, there is a net and Facts just down the corner, a 24 hour open kiosk across from the apartment, aswell as a bakery. The bus 5C leaves just by the entrance to the apartment, and will take you to the center in 15 minutes. There is a really nice and well-stocked garden in the building, a small basement room, and the laundry is just downstairs - and by the way, I have the sweetest neighbors here, whom I all talk to. Your room is 8m2, but my former roomie took a really good advantage of the space, as she bought a bed that could easily be made into a double bed, and who has draws for keeping stuff. She would be happy to sell the bed for the new rent for 1500 kr. (It was 2500 kr.
