There are 3 bedrooms in total, so I am looking for 2 roomies who will move in with me on August 1st! About the apartment: It is a 102 sqm, bright apartment, located in the island house only 500m from the Bella Center metro station, which takes you to Inner City in minutes and from here the possibilities are endless. Room 1 (red circle): - About 12 sqm - Monthly rent = DKK 5,800 - Deposit = DKK 25,000 Room 2 (green circle): - About 9 sqm - Monthly rent = DKK 5,400 - Deposit = DKK 23,000, which I expect you have when you send a message. The monthly rent includes: - Rent. - Water and heat. - Estimated electricity, but since this is settled with a supplier it cannot be set 100%. - Internet and license. A little about me: I am a 26 year old middle Jew with a full time job as a bank advisor. I have lived in my own apartment for almost 5 years where about 3 of them were with a then girlfriend ?? I am a happy, smiling and extremely curious person who loves to bake cakes, go out in the blue and hear about other people. I enjoy long walks, though I always get blisters. I like ice hockey, where I used to play myself but now am a live operator at matches, and expect to help in Ørestad Skøjtehal.
