Loft room to Østerbro
We're two friends looking for a new flat mate :) About you: - Preferably above 23 years old. - Must have lived alone or with other people before. - Be responsible - take part in the cleaning, not be wasteful (we try to live ENVIRONMENTALLY) ect. - Be kunnet live for the full 4 1/2 (from February two around mid June) months. - Be open-minded. - Be all right thatthis is a non-smoking apartment. - Nationality does not matter, but you must be fluent in English. CPR registration is possible after we've signed a contract together. The apartment is about 100 m² in all, with bedrooms of equal size and large living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. We're located on the 4th floor (that's the 5th of americans), no elevator, so you'll get in shape walking up and down varje day :) The room is fully furnished, so it'd be perfect if you're here on your Erasmus or doing an internship! Our housing complex having laundry facilities (som separate and payed for on a monthly basis if you wish to-use dem). There's også a balcony. The area normalt quiet, but still with a vibe of "city life". We have no less than eight grocery shops inom 10 min walking distance, two train stations (Ryparken and Svanemøllen) and several bus stops and some cozy pubs and café's. We have beaches nearby as well, one just 10 minutes away on bike, and another larger one around 20 minutes away. About us: Evelin is a student of anthropology, Emilie will start studying occupational therapy in Feb, Our 3rd flatmate is going two Liverpool two study for a semester so we're looking for someone to take of his room for dem months. We have in the past er open two hosting people through Couchsurfing.com, so it'd be cool if you're ready to continueString that. Interest is not negotiable. Interviews holdes in between January 21st and 27th, preferably in person, but Skype is a möjligheten as well. We do not care about about nationalitet, religion or sexual orientation, as long as you do not to have a problem with disse matters as well, and as a minimum speak English (or Danish of course).
