Small room in large apartment, in the pedestrian area.
Hi every one. We have three boys who live together at Kirkegade 12, in a lovely 135 m2 penthouse apartment in the center of Esbjerg, right by the pedestrian street. However, we have come to the situation that one of us moves so that we get a room free. We do not have the exact square meter for the room, but it is a small room where there is space for a bed and personal belongings, with built-in closet. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, bathroom and a "laundry room" with washing machine and tumble dryer. Rent: 2,978kr where water and heating are included - this does not cover electricity and internet, but these two items are equally shared between us all. Power and internet: Approx. DKK 350 per person - this covers housing support. A little about us: Frederik is 25 years old and is going to train for multimedia designs. Anders is 24 years old and is training for finance economist.
