Dear Housekeeper When I'm going to read 5 months in New York, I'm giving my little room in my house that I share with my hometown Julie at 24. The house is on the nicest Villa road with the cutest neighbors. Period 19 / 1-2018-19 / 6-2018 The house is an anex which is an extension to a large villa. We share the farm, garden where there is garden furniture and ample opportunity to grill for the spring. Bus 2a and bus 12 go right in front of the door and the metro 4 min away. The room is 10km2, but has a larger room with a living room and open kitchen, nice bathroom with warmth in the floor. The room is rented furnished with everything. INTERNET, SUPPLY OF WASHING, EL, WATER AND INTERNET ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL! A deposit of DKK 6000 will be paid back if the room and apartment are left in the same condition as when I left it. Smoking is ok but only goes outside where we also have tables and chairs.
