My roomie (Mads) and I'm looking for a new partner. We are looking for a happy and outgoing m / k. We live approx. 3.5 km from the center and approx. 4 km from SDU. There is both a Net, Rema 1000, Lidl and Facts nearby and Kulturbotanisk Have and Odense Å are (almost) our backyard. We live in a 110 sqm large apartment on 2 floors. There are 3 bedrooms, large common living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are both dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. In addition, we also have a storage box. The price is 1905kr / md - this is exclusive consumption (electricity, water and heating). Consumption usually rises for approx. 300-500 kr / person per month. Housing support is not deducted from the rent. The apartment can be ready for occupancy from 1 February. The deposit is £ 9233 and is refundable on departure. A little about us: Jonathan: A 25-year-old boy. Reads a candidate in physics and works as a math teacher. Gets to sit and play some of his guitar from time to time and just started learning to play violin. Mads: 23 years old. Reads a candidate in chemistry and in full swing with his specialty (he is not at home so much). Plays LoL and is always fresh on a beer.
