Light and cozy room in Vesterbro
Hello (English version below the Danish) I am looking for a super cute and outgoing rent to a room in my super lovely and bright 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Vesterbro. The room I rent is a 15 m2 large and very bright room with large window part, stucco and plank flooring. I rent the furnished / partially furnished -dvs. Minimum With Sofa Bed, As a landlord you have access to the kitchen all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and a tiny little bitten cobwebs bathroom. The other two rooms are mine. However, my living room may be used when I'm not home or by appointment. In addition to this you have access to a large and lovely farm, to a workshop and a bicycle cellar. The apartment is centrally located on Vesterbro with søndreboulevard, istedgade, kødbyen and enghave square just around the corner. So with super cool cafes, wine, beer and coffee shops, cozy and trendy shops, the social trading street of Saxogade and the Absalon House within walking distance. Furthermore, Bryggen, harbor bath and beautiful Amagerfælled are less than 1.5 km away. With 1a right outside the door, the main railway station, Dybølsbro and Carlsberg station within walking distance there are of course good public transportation options. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, but as it is next to the lane body, the trains can be heard, which you must agree with. I'm looking for a cute and outgoing tenant. It is extremely important that there is a good chemistry and understanding between us and a common understanding of what is go and no go when living together in this way. It would be nice if we sometimes drink a cup of coffee or a glass of wine together at home or maybe even cook together or to each other occasionally but it's not a must. It is extremely important to respect each other's room and space for privacy, as it is of course important with a common understanding that cleaning up is common to keep the kitchen, the hallway and the bathroom clean and tidy. The room is 15 m2, it is very light and airy with high ceilings and big windows. Besides the room you will also have access to the kitchen and all the equipment in it, a very small toilet / bathroom Copenhagen style;) bicycle storage and a beautiful big courtyard. Du kan hyre rummet med eller uden funitures. The apartment is very well situated in Vesterbro, close to Sønderboulevard, Istedgade, Meatpacking district and Enghave with lots of nice bars, restaurant and shops just around the corner. Nice green recreational areas like Amager fellows, Islandsbrygge, Enghaveparken, Søndermarken etc.are within walking distance from the apartment. Public transport is just outside the door. I hope to find a nice and open minded roomie. Women will be preferred. Det er viktig for meg at vi kobler sammen på en god måte og har en felles forståelse. I am a outdoor person and especially during summertime. I will not be much at home. Ik spend a lot of time hanging out with friends. I like going to concerts, to the cinema exploring new restaurants etc. I love traveling and have done that a lot. The room will be rented out from 1. Of January 2019 For a start I will rent the room out for two months with a good chance to extend the period if we get along very well and every thing is doing fine.
