A little about us and the apartment
----- Written in english further down;) ---- Dear future roomie We are two boys of 22, who are both studying for a master's degree in robotics at SDU. You can see us both on my profile picture. We are in the 5th semester of our bachelor. Both are social and outgoing, love to exercise and play board games. We are looking for a happy, positive and outgoing roommate who can put a little momentum in such a couple of robot nerds like us, and slap us in trivial pursuit. We like to have fun with an evening where we cook together, play board games, drink a bottle of wine, watch a movie or something completely different. It is perfectly okay with us if you want to have a cozy drink, warm-up or party, but would like to be informed first and prefer that there is no party during the exam period. The apartment is furnished, but that should not rule out that you can get the things you want, we can always find out. The apartment has a private laundry, where washing costs between 10-12kr depending on which type of washing you choose. The rent is incl. heating, water, internet, electricity, contents insurance and travel insurance within the EU. The housing allowance is deducted from the amount in the stated rent. The move-in can be agreed as needed, it is stated as indicative. The whole apartment is 87km2. - It is located in Odense C. - 300m to the nearest supermarket - 700m to the nearest nightclub - approx. 2km to Odense town hall / Magazine (center) - approx. 1.5km to Odense station - 5.3km to SDU - 300m to nearest park - 1.5km to 24/7 net Dear upcoming roomie We are two boys at the age of 22.
