Apartment at Vestamager
We are looking for last man / woman. The apartment is 66 m2, where 6 of these lovely square meters is a balcony. The room we rent out is 7.5 m2. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. The apartment, in addition, is not furnished, but we have the best imaginable on the matter. You, Lasse and the undersigned. The apartment is located in Vestamager, 50 meters from the metro, which can take you to Nørreport in 14 minutes. There are open expanses on one side and the big city on the other. Who are we: Jens-Emil: Must read at the University of Copenhagen. He is festive, like with Lasse. He has spent 1.5 years of his life in South America and is gradually accustomed to new impressions. He looks forward to you. Lasse: To read on RUC. He is as festive, preferably without Jens-Emil. He has also spent a great deal of life in South America, currently working at Sølund in Skanderborg, and has some experience in the field. We understand both to contribute to common pleasure. We will both have a daily life independent of the apartment, but expect to enjoy ourselves as often as we can. Who are you ?: - between 20-25 years - welcoming and kind. (You may like beer) - Helps if needed - There is control over your finances. - You want to spend some time with us Economy: It will cost us 13801 incl. a conto before housing support. We would prefer you to stay for at least one year, with 6 months of trial and possibility of extension. In addition, there will be 13500 kr in deposits. Remarks: A partition has been set up to save a little on the rent. Jens-Emil will live behind that wall. The room will also cater to the living room.
