Hi there! Missing a place and living? Would you like to live in the heart of Odense? Then you've found the right one! We are two (partially) young guys, who from July 1, are looking for a sweet roommate for 1 of the 3 bedrooms in total. About the apartment: The apartment is located in a nice backyard away from the worst noise and is a total of 91 m2 spread over 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-dining room which opens out into a large bright living room. So there will also be plenty of opportunity to make your own mark, so both you and we feel at home! In the bathroom we have a washer and dryer for free use. Part of the area in front of the apartment also belongs to the apartment and has been used as a small terrace by the former occupant. With 5 min to the nearest shopping, 10 min to the pedestrian zone and under 5 km to the uni you are close to everything. Your room will be small 10 m2. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the community and help make the apartment our home for everyone. You are social, responsible, can find out to clean themselves and want to stay for a longer period. You may also like to be a student. Who are we then? Martin: I am 24 years old and study robotics in 4th semester. In my spare time, I beat Luke in the board games of the world, take adventures in the Odensean nightlife and then I just relax. Lukas: I am 25 years old and I am studying Sport with a side subject in HA business economics in the 6th semester. I spend my free time on training, gaming and necking Martin on board games all over the world. In addition to this, I enjoy a cold Friday beer with my friends. We are both calm and super talkative young guys who enjoy each other's company. We hope you will be part of this community. The rent is 3500 kr.pr month excl. water, heat and internet (this is after housing subsidy). Electricity is shared equally between us every quarter. In addition to the rent there is a deposit of DKK 10,000 (Updated) Occupancy price: 10,000 + one month prepaid rent (3500). Moving in approx. July 1st. and by July 15.
