Dear home seekers in Aarhus. Since I'm moving from my lovely room for a period of 1 December, I will give this. The room, which is rented out, is 8 sqm. The apartment itself is 59 sqm and contains two rooms, a nice kitchen-living room with a small sofa bed and a large bathroom with plenty of closet space. You are going to share housing with Kasper Bossen, a 22-year-old business law student who always has a smile on his lip. The apartment is located on Jordbrovej 33, st. th., 8200 Aarhus N, only 2 minutes walk from Stjernepladsen and 5 minutes from Nobel Park. Despite the fact that the postal code is 8200, the apartment is closer to most faculties than if it was at the center. Of shopping, both Fact, Net and Rema 1000 are within 5 minutes walk. The rent is at 4,400, 200 aconto heat and 100 kroner for internet. A total of NOK 4,700 a month. In addition, electricity is paid quarterly after consumption. So far we have divided 850 kroner into housing support and we will find out if this is still an option when I vacate the lease. It would therefore be advantageous if you are a student.
